Hotel is very clean, great location, really fun pool area. Rooms aren’t very sound proof so you’ll hear everyone walking in halls and above you.

This was our second stay at Open Hearth and honestly, I don't think I will ever stay anywhere else. From the owners being more than accommodating (WIFI wasn't working in our room, it was fixed in 5 minutes), to the overall staff friendlyness, to the clean room and amazing breakfast (ok, lets talk about that pancake machine - AMAZING!!) This was a great experience. Bed was a little hard for my liking, but can't win everything.... and everything else was PERFECT!

We had an exceptional stay at the Pfister! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were met with outstanding customer service every time we interacted with hotel staff. This was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at during my travels. It was as nice as some resorts I have been to. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet considering I had a room right on the balcony above the front desk. The hotel was located in a lovely rural area. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made recommendations of places to eat and even followed up with us afterwards to make sure we enjoyed our dinner. Would definitely stay again if we ever return to this part of Wisconsin.

The staff was amazing!! We made friends with patrons and bartenders. Elliot at the bar and Chris drive us places were the absolute best!! We loved them both!! Will be back to experience the summer weather

The staff were welcoming and efficient at getting me checked in, and they had a tray of lots of different types of cookies available for a welcome snack, as well as coffee and tea in the lobby, which was very welcome after a long day traveling.

This is a very beautiful hotel. I make it a point to compare every hotel I stay at, and this one stands out. Allowing two dogs free of charge is a great bonus. The area is beautiful, and the lighting throughout the hotel is excellent—especially helpful for people with low vision. Hotels.com made it difficult because they didn't notify the hotel that we would be bringing our dog. Alison at the front desk was able to place us in a dog friendly room and she made sure that we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. People, please make sure that the hotel is aware of your dog so that they can make sure you are booking a correct room!

Nice hotel, friendly front deck staff, room was clean with a spa, the only down side was the fitness room was not up too standard, the water was not working, the tread mill half worked and the staff had to use that bathroom which was kinda awkward. In the morning, i want to say it was 9:00 the cleaning staff was knocking on doors trying to clean the room. I has the "do not disturb" on the door but they still wake me up with all the yelling in the hallway..... Room Services!!!! I will come back...
