“Very ran down. They don’t empty trash cans so there is smelly trash built up at every entrance. Mold growing on the pool fence & in the bathrooms. 2 out of the 3 rooms smelled musty. Carpet felt damp on your feet. Needs updating. Would never stay again.”

“Great affordable option if you don’t need to do the water parks! Super clean, great staff, nice pool, and breakfast is in a big room with a beautiful view of the river! In a great location just off Broadway so within walking distance of plenty.”
