“Our balcony overlooked the pool and Fagers. Island, excellent location. The room was spacious and the hotel staff were very nice. Our only complaint is there was no hot water in our room. Someone came up and told us to turn the faucet to the right and let it run 15 minutes, we let it run one hour we still never got hot water. . I know the building was under renovation so maybe there was an issue there that will be corrected.”

“Toilet was dirty, no shower curtain, can’t open windows to room rusted shut. Property smelled of mold. Advertised free parking but when we arrived it was $20 a night for parking. Run down buildings beds hard as a rock. Don’t waste your money goto a new built hotel. No microwave in room. Fridge can only hold maybe 4 cans of soda. My room was an ocean view king size bed. So not a cheap room.”

“I loved staying at the Safari apartments! It is literally a 1 min walk to get to the boardwalk, if that. The location, being on 13th St., made it the perfect area to get the most out of exploring Ocean City. I was so happy to have found a place that allowed my dogs to enjoy the beach. I will be back.”

“I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean.
On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...
