The staff was very friendly and attentive. Love the three tier pool design. Love the character of the property.

Staff of Raphael, Jamison and Patrick are incredible. Professional, knowledgeable, really nice guys.!! Property is amazing with animal viewing right in front of you. Thank you!

We loved our stay at the Courtney Palace. It was the perfect place for us to stay in Victoria Falls. The location was great. It is a walk to the falls, but we really enjoyed the walk through the city to visit the shops and see local life. In fact, we encountered baboons, warthogs and saw an elephant right in the city. The wildlife experience is really something else there! The room was spacious and you really feel like you are having a local, but luxurious experience. It truly felt like...

There are not enough good things written about this property on the internet. Staying in one of the Island Treehouses was one of the single most incredible and unique experiences for this lifetime traveller. I'm so glad we ended up here on a whim. Cheers to the warm and wonderful staff for making our trip special and here's to this place finding the audience it deserves.

Old Drift absolutely exceeded our expectations. The setting is so peaceful and full of wildlife. We will never forget waking to the bellowing of hippos, laughing at the monkeys from our deck, watching the adorable warthogs at lunch, and that hilarious planter-destroying elephant who came calling at dinner. The design of the rooms is a cut above "glamping," even at its very finest. Such a fun luxury to shower/bathe outdoors, on the banks of the Zambezi, and to sleep with the tent rustling...

Insika Lodge is a wonderful vacation destination. Their pictures do not do it justice. We loved the room, service and staff. Their food is amazing and reasonably priced. The included breakfast menu is also fantastic. Loved everything about Insika. Was sad we only had 2 days there. If I ever return to Vic Falls, I will certainly book here again and for more days.

I highly recommend this lodge for anyone in Harare. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the plants and private enclosure around the premises made the lodge feel safe and welcoming. We found staff to go above and beyond in multiple areas including complimentary car washing. The breakfast was fantastic with many options available. Lots of grocery and food options in the nicer part of downtown Harare. The price maybe was a little high, but if you are a gold member, the...

Great place to stay if you want to visit Victoria Falls. The food was great with several choices of restaurants. Excellent service. Shuttle departs and picks up on the hour through Victoria Falls. I would highly recommend it

All the staff do all you can expect from a first class hotel and then some. The foid was great too.

I was visiting Harare and decided to make a quick trip to Victoria Falls. As soon as I arrived, I immediately realized this was not a place anyone should plan only a 1 night trip to. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle to/fro the airport and around Victoria Falls village. Upon arrival at the hotel, a staff immediately showed up at the entrance with a fresh damp towel for my face and a pretty flower obtained from one of the trees around. The lobby was furnished Victorian style and was a...

In the center of Victoria Falls town. The town center is within walking diatance

My favorite hotel in the whole world. They cut no corners at Amanzi and a stay here is just magical.

Miombo Mews is a recently built apartment rental. Due to its recent completion, the rooms are in excellent condition and offers plenty of amenitites. The provided stove (complete with cookware) allows you to either cook your own meals and also boil water with the tea kettle to add to the provided filtered water and any water bottles you may have. The washer, although finicky at times, at least lets you clean any clothes you may have gotten dirty while trekking in the hot African sun. In order to...

The staff was absolutely amazing - so friendly and knowledgeable and adaptable to our changing schedule. The food was plentiful and delicious, and served whenever we wanted! The included perks were beyond wonderful - airport transport and laundry were great for logistical reasons, but the elephant encounter, canopy zip line, sunset at the gorge (x2) and tour of the falls were all so amazing. We can’t say enough positive things about this place. It was a once in a lifetime experience that we...

I cannot say enough about this Lodge. If I can give it more than five stars I would come, especially because of the hostess Thandi. From the initial check-in to every day when I saw her, she took care of every meat I had. She made sure that I pre-ordered my meals. She took care of booking my chores and a dinner in the evening. She made sure that I got a ride too and from the airport. The staff at the restaurant was exceptional. I was the only guest in the hotel for two out of the four nights and...
