The blocks of rooms were spreadout over the large property so it was quite private and quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially a young man named Blessing. His service was exceptional. The pool area was large. Maybe a few more sunloungers were needed."

"I used to stay at Troutbeck back in the 60s as a child and this was a nostalgic trip for me. For the most part everything seemed to have been beautifully maintained with the top rooms having had an upgrade - all seemed brand new and the bed was soooo comfortable. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful and even gave us a free upgrade. "Great hotel near the falls with charming staff and comfortable rooms. The gardens abound with animals (zebra by the pool) and it’s just next to the falls entrance. They provide free shuttkes to the Royal Livingsone hotel so easy to go there for dinner."
