The Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel was a delight to stay at. The ambiance is just perfect to introduce you to your African adventure. The staff were uniformly helpful, polite, and welcoming. The shuttle service into town was welcome and the drivers exceptionally wonderful helping coordinate taxis to additional off site restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely come back. Kudos to the management!

The staff is absolutely lovely! The food is good! It is fun sitting out at pool bar. However, the facility does need some upgrades. I was injured due to the glass shower door falling on me. The bottom door hinge appeared to be corroded. The manager kindly coordinated a doctor to come to the hotel to tend to my medical needs.

Great position to walk into town. Polite and helpful staff. Overall clean but looking worn in places. Could do with replacing the bath towels and some maintenance on the two bathrooms we had use of. We didn’t eat on site so can’t comment on the quality of the food. A good place to stay if you are trying to keep to a smaller budget.

Free shuttle to and from the fall. Beautiful landscape and swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. I saw monkeys and birds from my patio. A small refrigerator, insect repellent, canopy mosquito nets for bed are provided in the room. There is guard at gate. Felt safe and relax. Highly recommend.

The Victoria Rainbow Falls Hotel was a great place to stay at. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was convenient. The grounds were kept immaculate. The staff were so friendly. It was close to everything.

The shuttle was handy and made everything close. Rooms while a bit dated were nice and we really enjoyed the balcony and pool area Every staff person we encountered was totally service oriented especially the fellow in the lobby with the headdress and horn, he always went out of his way to help, even weighed our bags in preparation for the airport .

They’re doing their best. It’s a kind of pay as you go hotel. They make you pay for each step because they are very decentralized. The restaurant for breakfast, the bar, the shuttle to the airport, etc. It’s not a bad place to stay, but don’t expect a lot. The stuff were pretty nice, but things move at a slow pace. Shout out to the laundry staff and house keeping. They were very professional and timely.

Amazing Staff, not so amazing shower.

Our visit to Victoria Falls was beautiful as always. The location to the downtown attractions was perfect, we walked most of our trips. The staff at the Rainbow Hotel were all very friendly and welcoming and were there to help us with all of our questions and needs with a smile on their faces. The only thing I was not 100% pleased with was our shower. There was barely a trickle and no door on the shower, so water went everywhere when you showered and it took awhile with no pressure. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and would most definitely return. Thank you Rainbow Hotel for a great week.
