"The room was pretty clean, except for some sand on the floors. Bathroom was clean pretty good. Some ceiling tiles were discolored from a leak from above. First room we were assigned was in a corner under stairs on first floor and was pretty musty smelling. Asked for another room and it was much better, thanks to the person at check in for helping on that. All in all not too bad of a stay."

"We were in room 242, not really clean, there was alot of dirt under the bed, under the desk area there was garbage, just little pieces, but obviously not cleaned. The shower head was really poor, so small for such a large bathroom. No firepits as advertised. The front desk knew nothing about firepits. We could only use the indoor pool, that's poor. Would I stay here again, probably not and I love Hyatt. We paid a premium price during off season and didn't get premium."
