The staff are very kind and helpful. They provide shuttle service from the airport of Dhaka to the hotel, which is very nice for first-time visitors like me. The quality of food in the restaurant is also impressive. The only "con" consists of the relative messiness of the area surrounding the hotel, but it's still decent. I recommend this hotel.

The location is centrally located if you want to see the really busy Dhaka, near the market. It's not posh, but the room is big, spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities. The excellent staff is polite and attentive at reception, restaurants, and transportation. They are eager to help and take good care of you. The only thing I reported was some leakage in the bathroom after taking a shower, which they cleaned immediately but need to fix. Still, it didn't affect my visit. I would stay there again

I stayed at Sky City Hotel Dhaka last week. During my stay, the housekeeping staff noticed that I liked to have extra pillows. Without me asking, they always made sure there were plenty of soft pillows on my bed every day. The restaurant in the hotel was also a great experience. One evening, I was feeling a bit homesick and the chef, upon learning this, prepared a special dish that was very similar to my mother's cooking. It was like a warm hug in the form of food. Especially recommend their chef Parvaj and his team provided very attentive service, which left a deep impression on me. This hotel really made my stay memorable, not just because of its great facilities but also because of the wonderful people who work there.

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the jacuzzi and it was not available. I called before I went to it and asked if it was open and available and was told yes. Also, the steam room is only available for an extra cost and the pool was cold. I am disappointed with this situation. Additionally, bringing in food from elsewhere is not an option based on the rules. I am forced to eat at the same restaurant every day and the food is hot or miss. Overpriced as well. I found a cheaper place with a working jacuzzi and private balcony for a fraction of the cost per night at Sky City. I would have checked out of Sky City today but did not because I wanted to go to the jacuzzi right away and use the steam room. Obviously that did not work.

- Property itself is good enough for the price but the location is terrible. The access is through a narrow dirty street. - The reception told about roof top restaurant, Spa and normal restaurant BUT I couldn't get into any of these because they told all these are fully reserved. I had to go outside for dinner but there is no nice place to eat near the hotel. I had no option that to eat at a low quality road side unhygienic shop. - I asked for the complaint / suggestion register then they gave me a paper and not the register meant for this purpose. - For the sake of face-wash, one person came to me when I was boarding taxi after check-out and told that he is the CEO and he wants to talk to me, though he was seeing that I am boarding the taxi on the roadside.

The Hotel is excellent!!!

The Hotel is excellent, the room is comfortable and clean, the breakfast of quality, and the attention of the very cordial staff, both the reception manager Showket Alam, and the doorman Mustapha who have been very cordial and friendly. I definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and I would stay with you again. Regards.
