"Rooms didn't had any temp. Control facility as mentioned in amenities. Towels nd linen were all soiled up. Blankets were dirty. Electric kettle was not been washed for ages. Overall just not upto the mark."

"No welcome drinks and no choice of food. You literally got to eat whatever is available at the property. Washrooms are so far from the tents that going out in the night might be scary due to forest area and chances of you meeting a wild animal on the way. No hot water even though the temperatures might be freezing. "We had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there for His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday celebration. The location was perfect—close to the main temple—with an amazing view from our room. The room was bright and modern, making it easy to relax without feeling pressure to go out. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful in every way. The next time we visit Dharamshala, we are definitely staying here again!"

"Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy tea/coffee with the blissful view of the hills. The staff were very friendly and courteous, right from the check-in experience, Mr Ajay at front desk provided detailed information around McLoedganj attractions and took good care of us. The things that can be further improved are addition of salads in the buffet breakfast and availability of indoor activities like carrom, chess etc for kids."

"The property is perfectly located near the McLeod Gang monastery and a short walk to all the outdoor shops. The views from the rooms are stellar, and the staff is so courteous and professional. Sonya, the concierge manager is really fantastic and makes you feel like a special guest at this truly beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!"

"D’Polo Club & Spa Resort is a true gem, offering an unforgettable stay with its breathtaking mountain and riverside views. The early morning and sunset vistas are simply spectacular, making it the perfect destination for nature lovers. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and hospitality stood out. The culinary experience was exceptional. Executive Chef Chowang Norbu and his team went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs. The Himachali and Tibetan cuisine was absolutely delicious—an authentic taste of the region that left us wanting more. The spa experience was top-notch. After a long six-hour road journey, the excellent massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar. Enjoying a drink while admiring the majestic Dhauladhar mountains, especially during sunrise and sunset, was truly magical. Overall, D’Polo Club & Spa Resort offers a premium experience with outstanding hospitality, stunning views, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"
