"Die Lage ist ruhig, man ist aber in 5 Minuten zu Fuß bei Restaurants und Einkaufsmärkten. Nochmals 5 Minuten weiter ist der Strand. Das Appartement war ausreichend ausgestattet und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"First off the staff is absolutely wonderful!! The view is AMAZING! The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfy, the fridge has ample space for leftovers and lots of drinks and even enough room in the freezer for a bag of ice! They are pet friendly which is a huge plus for me because I’m traveling with a 7 month old puppy. I would highly recommend staying here!!"

"Struttura carina , si trova in una via principale di un paesino con molti negozi ristoranti bar e supermercati . Gli appartamenti sono ben insonorizzati , forse unica pecca per noi che avevamo l’auto é che non ha parcheggio e bisogna cercarlo nella via dietro . Le pulizie vengono fatte ogni 2 giorni . Ha anche la piscina . Le spiagge sono a circa 10 - 15 minuti a piedi . Per noi è stata una bella esperienza "

"The little village of Agyroupolis where Arcus is located is very quiet and charming. It got a great local feel of Greek countryside and many friendly locals, well used to tourists dropping by, to see the historical places they offer. Arcus I located a couple of minutes from the main square, easy to get to by car or feet. It’s a bunch of old houses, surrounded by a very green and exotic inner garden with a little pool. "The staff were super friendly and helpful! Located just outside of rethymno, so more rural area, but shops were not a far walk away and the room was very nice, clean and we really enjoyed our stay! "

"The property is very clean, the pool was lovely for a refreshing dip and there was a bar serving cool drinks. The beach and local restaurants were a short walk away. It would be advantageous if the property updated the air conditioning units, as the current unit did not keep the room cool. But an enjoyable and relaxing stay all the same."

"Extremely well managed hotel. Everything was clean new and staff helpful. Property is nice. Quiet relaxing. Different foods every evening. Would definitely go back. Great place. "

"The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for dinner, The White (adults only fine dining), and Asia White - although all of the food, including the buffet, was excellent. Our family of four (with two teens) had a very relaxing holiday with the Grecotel LUXME White. Special mention to Sophia on reception and Dora in the spa, and another lady behind the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) who helped us on our departure day and getting some medicine for my husband. Would highly recommend :)"
