"Although the rooms were very clean and staff was very polite, the open space concept is not ideal for travelers who are in need of a good night sleep. Our rooms were located directly above the lobby area and you could hear every single conversation Word for Word. There was a huge gap around the doors so that could be a big issue and also you could hear the people snoring next door so the walls were paper thin."

"The bed was a stack of foam pads that offered no support and constantly sucked me in to the middle of the bed, which had even less support. I think someone urinated in the air conditioning system, every time it cycled on the whole room stank of urine. I am sure we could have complained but it was late and we were tired. I am only writing this because when I went to notify the desk manager in the morning, I don’t think he could care less. I have been staying there multiple times a year for many, many years and although the hotel is showing its wear and tear, it has always been decent enough to stay at. Very disappointed"

"We made 3 reservations for our crew. Upon check in my crew stated that they had 1 room for 2 nights. The manager stated that he did not have a reservation and proceeded to charge him for the extra night. When booking I made 3 reservations because it was cheaper than booking them together. The manager did not take the time to look up his name and see that he had 2 reservations under his name. They did credit us back but with some very unprofessional communication! Secondly, there were roaches in the rooms. This hotel is very unclean!"

"The check in staff was outstanding. I was in excruciating pain, having just come from the hospital. She checked me in and was quick. The bed was so comfortable I passed out with my clothes on. I woke up nine hour later. My pain level went from a fifteen to a six. I don't use pain pills. I am sure it was because your beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. I love the potatoes and eggs. They had lots to choose from. Housekeeping was very good. I appreciated it. I will be staying here next time I am in town. My car had dings all over the drivers side from a van full of boys and their coach. I think $40.00 a day is outrageous for parking in the parking lot. I will park at Costco it a block away. I need the exercise anyway."

"The room was excellent. Everything worked and was in clean condition. The challenge was the noise from the semi’s parked overnight at the Sam’s location beside the property diesel motors, running all night long. Also charges for parking was a disappointment."
