Absolutely beautiful place, service is on top!!! Great pools, especially Family Selection, where you can find spf cream, body lotion and anti mosquito cream. What was very helpful for us! In the room’s bathroom you can find L'OCCITANE cosmetics which is perfect for body and hair. We had two birthdays during the stay and the room was decorated two times for us! The food was delicious There were real flowers in each bathroom, not artificial flowers, which I loved! Highly recommend this resort!

The room was not very clean, the furniture had stains all over, the white comforter was off white. All the furniture was sticky in the room which made our skin very itchy. They start the introduction to the property trying to sell you a time share promotion, the resort is huge but hard to find things

This resort exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, the hotel staff extremely helpful and the food was amazing. Couldn’t get over the view from Azure restaurant especially for breakfast. So many areas to explore and there was live entertainment most nights. The only thing is that the Crane beach had a lot of seaweed but it still didn’t take away from the relaxing atmosphere and amazing views. I would definitely stay here again.

The recent experience at Crane was satisfactory. We observed a significant turnover in staff, with many new faces. The cleanliness of the pools was a concern, and we recommend improvements in this area, though the adult pool was marginally cleaner. We commend Juanita for her exceptional housekeeping services; her attention to detail and consistent work ensure a truly clean room. Anthony, the bellboy, consistently recognizes guests, demonstrating an impressive recall for individuals. Heather, from the groundskeeping team, consistently exhibits a friendly and positive demeanor. Lana, at the general store, provides warm and welcoming service. These individuals are a primary factor in our continued patronage. We also appreciate the excellent live music and the daily shuttle service to Carlisle Beach. The jerk barbecue on Wednesday in the courtyard was superb. These aspects represent significant positive attributes of the establishment. During our stay, we occupied two different studio accommodations. The second studio was noticeably older, with several non-functional amenities. Furthermore, the room was missing essential appliances and cookware. We recommend that management conduct thorough inspections to ensure all studio accommodations are fully equipped with necessary items and that all appliances are in working order. For instance, the non-operational coffeemaker was a source of frustration.

We had a room with our own pool and ocean views. We really enjoyed our large patio. As one of us is vegan it was great to have our own kitchen. The yoga class was excellent. Zen restaurant has very good sushi and Thai food. We will definitely come again.

The bed was too soft for me that it gave me back pain. I had to sleep on the sofa just so my back wouldn’t hurt. Otherwise the resort have everything needed. If staying longer better to do some groceries first and stack up on some drinks and chips. But they do have a general store where you can buy this as well. It’s like a mini village.

Pros: - located 15min away from the airport (awesome) - beautiful property - beautiful room with jet tub - wonderful staff. Always ready to help and when we called twice making requests, they came I'm within no time. - awesome restaurants inside the complex - live music at night - great location to catch morning sunrise - at the far end of the beach there's a section that doesn't belong to the Hilton hotel but we went there anyway since nobody were there and we went naked on the beach and the ocean. So cool Cons: - the beach wasn't blue / green water but rather dark..

Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. If you want good meals, you have to go off the Crane property to restaurants along the coast.
