Old hotel in need of urgent upgrade

Old hotel in big need of renovation. Location is good and pool and beach is good, but restaurant and staff would benefit from an upgrade. The rooms are really old and you can hear everything from other rooms and the corridors. We will not stay here again and we choose to eat outside even when we had all inclusive paid for. We only ate breakfast.

İlk ve son oldu.

Güya deniz manzaralı oda aldım ama bana çatı katında basık, denize yan cepheden uzaktan bakan, (Halbuki odaların çoğu ön cepheye bakan bir otel) kapısı kilitlenmeyen uyduruk bir odayı verdiler. Odanın defalarca değişimini istememe rağmen hiçbir konuda yardımcı olmadılar. Halbuki müsait çok oda vardı, ertesi gün verirler dedim. Ama değişimi olmadı. Resepsiyondaki barış adlı kişi her şeye tamam diyor ama icraat yok. Yemekleri orta sınıf tamam fiyatta ona göre ama müşteriye karşı ilgilisizlikten dolayı benim için ilk ve son oldu.

Otelde iki farklı bina var birisi çok kötü ve bağımsız gözükoyor ve bu belirtilmiyor müsaitlik durumlarına göre yerleştiriyorlar odamızı saat 4 te teslim alabildik. Klima soğutması sorunluydu diğer 2 odamızda sıkıntı yoktu ama hizmet gerçekten çok kötü oteldeki arkadaşlar hotels.comu arayın muhattabınız onlar tarzında konuşmalar sergiledi.

Otelin havuzları çok küçük otelin kapasitesini taşıyacak büyüklükte değiller... Havuzdayken başkalarıyla dipdibe yüzüyorsunuz... Şezlonglarda çok sıkışık... Hele plajı koca otelin bu kadar küçük plajı olmamalı... Şezlong bulmayı bırakın çantanızı koyacak yer bile bulamazsınız... Otel plajı değil halk plajı sanki.. Plaja ulaşmak için baya bi merdiven iniyorsunuz ve çocukla zor oluyor. Özetle plaj ve havuzu otelin kabul ettiği misafir sayısını taşıyabilecek kapasitede değil.. Yemekleride kötü.. O otelin resimlerinde gördüğünüz kızarmış kalamar falan hikaye...yok öyle bişey.. kırmızı eti sadece türlü tarzı yemeklerin içine azıcık koymuşlar. Öyle mangalda kırmızı et falan yok. Hatta bırakın kırmızı eti mangalda tavuk incik ya da kanat bile yok.. Sadece bir kere tavuk gögüs eti vardı. O da çok sertti. Balık mangal yapıyorlar ama kimse yemiyor. Yemek çeşidi oldukça sınırlı.. Kahvaltıda, öğle ve akşam yemeğinde aynı yemeği (ya da peynirler vb.)bir kaç tabağa koymuşlar ki çok gözüksün. Temizlik eh işte.. Daha çıkış saatimiz bile gelmeden otelden ayrıldık...

Otel konum olarak gerçekten çok güzel yerde. Ancak bakımsız kalmış, ufak bir bakımla mükemmel olur. Yemek konusunda 3 günlük tatilimizin 1 öğle yemeğinde sorun yaşadık. Öğünde çıkan yiyecekler çok zayıftı ve biten yemekler yenilenmedi hatta durumu restourant müdürüyle konuşmak zorunda bile kaldım. Bu yaşadığımız olumsuzluk dışında fiyat performans olarak iyiydi.

otelin konumu güzel, personel güler yüzlü, odalar eski ama temizdi. sahili denizi taşlıydı ve küçüktü. ama yemek konusuna gelirsek aç kalırsınız. yemekler çok kötü bizim kaldığım otelin mutfağı için yazıyorum. aç kaldık. yemekler 3 günlük kalan yemekleri sentezleyip önünüze sunuyorlar.

Maalesef üzücü ve yorucuydu.

Hotels.com üzerinden yaptığım ve ödemesi olan rezervasyonun, sistemlerinde gözükmeyerek, mailin üzerinden kişileri ikna edebilecek konaklama sağladım, ayrıca ayrılış zamanında resepsiyonist tarafından ödeme yapmadığıma dahil uyarıldım ve aynı bekleme, ikna süresi burada da işledi. oda konforu olarak ise maalesef 724 no'lu odanın yatağı tam ortasından kırıktı, oda tipi klima çalışmıyor ve tavan tipi olan klima ise sadece havalandırma yapıyordu. Didim'in bu kadar köklü bir otelinde bu durumların yaşanması gerçekten çok üzücü.
