"Really lovely hotel but we went at a very quiet time of year (April) so there was not much to do and many of the bars, restaurants and other facilities were closed."

"We were greeted at the Entrance and checked in with the help of the customer service team. All went smoothly and shown up to our rooms. Extra duvet was requested and the sorted promptly. Stayed for 7 nights as a family of 5. Beach clean and tidied daily, pool areas the same. Entertainment team were brilliant and all spoke English. Children's club had things on and children could be signed in and out with no fuss. Restaurants were all clean, staff very helpful and and attentive. We would 100%...

Onun dışında diğer personel çok nazik ve ilgilileri.yemekler çeşit ve kalitesi gayet yerinde güzeldi.özellikle havuz ve akşam faaliyetleri çok güzeldi. Özellikle animatörler işlerini gayet güzel yapıyorlar.havuz başında saat 10 dan başlayıp geç saatlere kadar her yaş gurubuna uygun aktivite yapılmakta . Birdaha gidermisin sorusuna tereddütsüz...

"It was the last week of the season, so understandable for some thing's. This hotel is definitely not a 5*. We have stayed at 4* and 5* at opening and closing weeks, this is no where near. The good - Branded drinks, JD, Smirnoff, Baileys. The soft furnishings, seating, pool area etc are all lovely and to a high standard. The not so good - No drinks menu at the bar, run out of mixers and drinks. The food selection was minimal, warm at best and struggled to put a meal together for the 3 sittings...
