“Incredibile esperienza”

“Perfekt placering ”

“its a low budget location if you are staying for a night. Don't expect a lot. Owners are nice and great views. We had booked for a few nights and quickly realized it was not a place to 'rest'. just a place to stop over for one night so that we could do what we had to do in Ella.”

“Lovely staff, clean rooms, view of Ella valley. Difficult to find, so it's best to have driver call ahead if possible. Look for the signs pointing towards Red Rock Ella,.which is next door. ”

“The environment was calm and inviting, creating an oasis of tranquility. Our rooms were impeccably maintained, featuring comfortable furnishings and peaceful decor that enhanced our stay. The staff were not only helpful but also attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Every meal was a culinary delight, showcasing a variety of flavors and fresh ingredients that left us eager for the next dining experience. Overall, we truly cherished our time there, filled with...

“The property didn’t have our booking so after 1/2h waiting around not knowing what was happening, they arranged another room somewhere else for us. “This is the place to stay if you come to Ella. It could not have been more perfect. You wake up to stunning views of the mountains and the most delicious homemade traditional breakfast. You can walk straight from the home to town or to hikes and popular sights. It keeps you out of the hustle and bustle of the street so you can really enjoy your stay. 11/10, loved my stay here. If I come back to Ella, I would love to stay again!”

“スタッフの対応が納得できない。”

“호스트가 개인사정으로 문을 닫았어요. 사정에 이무 통보 없이 도착해서 호텔 아래 마트 주인이 얘기해줘 일았구요. 황당 당황 급하게 현지에서 다른 호텔 섭외해 숙박했습니다. 호텔 닷컴에 연락도 못하고 숙박한걸로 표기돠네요... 관리가 잘 안되고 있는듯요”
