“I had a very early morning flight, and sooke with the Hotel Agent about checking in early-to my surprise there was no wait time to do so. I was immediately offered breakfast and my room key. The facilities were clean, and when I mentioned to staff I had forgotten my toothbrush they provided me one and ample toothpaste for my stay as well. I stayed here because I flew in early for my trip to Disney, but I would stay here again simply because of the customer service I received during my stay.”

“I paid for all the rates at Hotels.com and stayed here for four days. However, when I confirmed after checking out, I confirmed that the hotel charged again to my deposit credit card. So I called the hotel and hotel said it was a simple deposit, and it would be refunded it later. But this doesn't make sense. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but I have never actually paid with my credit card for deposit. I stayed at 6 hotels on this trip, but they did just save my credit card...

“Déjeuner bien, il y avait un espace sous la porte de l’extérieur donc tous les insectes pouvaient rentrer ! La chambre n’était pas si propre à notre arrivé, mais malgré tout pour le prix payé c’était très bien ! Si tu veux du gros luxe tu dois payer pour. Le système de shuttle pour les parc étaient très bien et nous a fait sauvé beaucoup de Uber. Donc j’y retournerais sûrement si le prix est bon.”
