"This felt like a scam basically. Purchased for a stay here. And was never able to get in contact with the owner to even stay at the place. Highly do not recommend. They would respond to the hotel customer service when I reached out through them, but when it came to personally getting in contact with them, I was avoided and ignored. Now I have to work on getting my money back. "

"This is an apartment stay rather than a serviced apartment. The amenities are for owners only so we couldn’t use the gym or pool facilities. Talk about misleading listing and photos. We had to turn on the hot water ourselves. The owner left several of their own luggage in the main bedroom. They asked for picture of passport and visa of people staying. Then questioned us on whether anyone else was staying … because my family was helping us with the luggage! The location is ok…. Next to a very busy road / bridge and despite being on the 12th floor it was noisy through out the day and night so bring ear plugs / headphones for those that are sensitive. Had to quote the Expedia listing when asking for towels and sheets to be changed … they begrudgingly gave us new towels but didn’t change the sheets even though we stayed for 4 nights. They told us there is a washing machine… In conclusion we cannot recommend this place at full price… we had a good deal through Expedia but even then we wouldn’t come back. There are of course worse places. But for the price there are better places with proper amenities. If the price is reduced significantly then consider but come with lower expectations. "
