“Right off highway close to lots of dining options. When we checked in the computer system was down so they had to refer to our Expedia oozing on the app, but all okay. Allocated a Queen on second floor but after a while the people next door had very noisy kids and I went to reception to ask if it was possible to move rooms. They did so very efficiently and without a fuss. The room had 2 queen beds which were quite noisy when turning on them during the night! There was a fridge and microwave...

“물론 급수가 높은 호텔은 아님. 그러나 가격에 비하면 좋은 곳이라고 할 수 있음. 방에 갖출 것을 다 갖추고 있고 청결함. 오피스에서 아침식사를 하는데, 아주 좋지는 않아도 먹을 만함. 주인 할아버지 친절함. 하이웨이 변에 위치하지만, 방을 도로에서 먼 쪽을 얻어 자 보니 소음 같은 것은 전혀 없었음. 주인이 아끼고 공들여 만들어 놓은 곳이라서 가격 대비 내용이 충실한 곳임.”

“We had to book a room very last minute because our lock to get into our house did not work at 1:30 am. I accidentally booked a room for the wrong day but the lovely person working there was so kind and helped us change our reservation. It was a very short stay but the service was fantastic. ”

“Check in was easy. Nice room. Loved we had separate rooms within the room. Big tv. Clean.”

“The check in was a breeze, and the lady was so lovely. The place is old but very clean.”

“The hotel claimed they had no booking that I made via Expedia. So I was left with no alternative but to stay in vehicle the night before a 100 mile race. Definitely NOT ideal. Who to believe? Beyond disappointed! Definitely would always try and go directly to hotel to book.”

“Moldy shower curtain. We paid for new one. Control for the heater was broken,we were freezing all the time,we wore our winter jackets all the time. We ended up leaving two days early because we were sick of freezing .stayed 5 days paid for seven days. Broken patio door that we were told to wedge a long stick in to lock it an stop cold coming in. Only a half of roll of toilet paper for seven days. The staff was nice.the boss was in Vegas for the holidays. ”

“Not too much to choose from in the small town of Fort MacLeod. Red Coat Inn certainly seemed the better of choices. A bit dated and a tad rundown it was clean and convenient. Office were helpful and on-site parking was free. The Fort is well worth a visit.”

“The service was not what I have experienced in earlier stays. They, somehow, had no knowledge of my Expedia booking for the two rooms but were able to accommodate me. When I went to check out at 8 am I was told that they normally don't open the office till 8:30. While the staff person did accommodate me, it seemed to be an unusual statement for the hotel. The antique decor from previous ownership is still in place, which I appreciated.”

“Love that the resort was understanding of our need to arrive at a later date because of Transportation issues. Our condo was so comfortable, and the large screen and fireplace in the loft area were so nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We wish the restaurant had been opened… maybe next time.”
