"Disgusting. Absolutely filthy. When I saw our room I felt sick. The worst value for money room I have seen in 30 years of travel. The manager would not swap our room, nor negotiate the price, nor refund, despite trying to negotiate for an hour. We could not contact Hotels.com as their website was down and our phone went flat.
