“The location of the property is extremely weird for some reason. While the main MG road is probably just 20 meters from the back of the building, one has to climb up steep and again walk down for about 20 Mins ! Very exhausting and frustrating so one would think 5 times before going for this ridiculous exercise. Wonder why the owners are unable to negotiate with one of the properties behind exclusively for their guests to simply walk past a 4 feet lane way so they can come and go in 2 Mins and...

“It's a decent property. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Food is good. Room and toilet very clean. They have a cafe where they keep extremely delicious cream rolls. It's definitely not worth 4 stars accreditation. Wifi hardly worked. TV was so small that I wondered why that was even kept. My booking voucher said they bed size was such that 3 people can sleep. In reality it was barely good enough for 2 people to squeeze in. Location wise it's a hassle to go to MG market. Atleast I...

“Hotel was good and reception was very good. However I noticed two things that could be improved. We stayed for a couple of nights. The bed was very soft and was giving a back ache. It would be good for one night stays but for longer stays, the beds are soft. Second was the bathrooms didn’t have floor towels or mats. After the shower the bathroom floor gets wet and has high probability of slipperiness. Not good for old people. ”
