“Great place to stay! Only issue is that the receptionists and other hotel staff have a hard time speaking English. I almost had an issue with lost luggage and the ladies at the front couldn't understand what I was trying to say. It was very clear that a few bags might be missing so keep an eye out. Their response, "we do not understand". Also, the rooms could use wall hooks for hanging clothes/sweaters/purses/etc.”

“New facility, good price, good location ”

“The room had 2 mosquitoes I had to kill right away. The room hallway and revelatory smelled of mold. You have to ask for all extras from the start. Including towels hairdryer and even how to properly turn on shower. At breakfast 3 ants were climbing on the counter. So disgusted that my family and I decided to go pay for breakfast at Tim Hortons instead. Would never recommend and/or stay here again or their chain of hotels.”

“We checked in late which wasn’t a problem. Great location close to airport. Only downside is someone prior to us smoked in the room. I’m sensitive to smoke and I had my son with me. It was late and we had to leave early so we stayed.”

“Hotel was excellent clean we stayed on the first floor next to the pool, room was large clean and comfortable perfect for us travelling with our grandchildren they loved the pool and hot tub. Restaurant on site food was excellent and well priced”

“Staff were the real superstars here but the hotel room was brilliant and had everything we could ever need. Love the proximity of the airport for an early flight and bed was ridiculously comfortable. Brilliant hotel and will stay again!!!”

“Great stay clean and quiet”

“Pool and waterslide were awesome. Super cool hotel with pond and rooms right off the pool. Staff was excellent. Bathrooms were nice. Overall cleanliness of room was good. Carpet is getting a bit old and smelly. Did notice the cleaning could be improved in some areas of the hotel. Walls underneath the stairwell and windows inside. Overall great stay and will be back!”

“There was no one at the front desk at any time, entering or exiting the lobby. Had to call for check in and check out. On check out approximately 10am a staff appeared (after calling her on the phone) in a bra and sweat pants, barely awake. Carpets throughout were awful(dirty and ruffled). The smell of weed on entering and while walking down the hallway was very prominent.”
