“A unique property that was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location in the city centre was ideal to get around. The caveat for disabled or elderly is that there are lots of stairs within the apartment. ”

“정말 멋진 인테리어 및 위치. 리셉션 직원들 매우 친절. 엘리베이터가 불안정해서 문이 열리지 않은 채로 두어번 오르내려서 무서웠음. 하우스키핑 전에 네스프레소 디카페인 캡슐로 부탁한다고 2파운드와 메모 남겨놓고 나갔는데 해주지 않았음. 소금이 하나도 없었고 식기세척기 세제를 리필해주지 않음. 세탁기는 있지만 세제가 없었음. 샤워실의 물때나 곰팡이 그리고 화장실 환풍기의 먼지가 많이 보였음. 5성급 호텔인데 청소가 제대로 되어있지 않는게 실망스러웠고, 냉장고 안에 비치되어있던 무료 음식을 리필해주지 않음. 그 외의 침구, 가전제품, 어매니티 등은 모두 고급스럽고 만족스러웠음. 타운홀에서 도보 5분. 근처에 슈퍼나 스타벅스 있음. 호텔 홈페이지가 열리지 않아서 연락 없이 호텔로 택배를 보냈었는데 체크인 전에 이미 룸에 갖다놓으셔서 감동받았음. ”
