I reserved my booking via Expedia but the hotel management did not received any notification from Expedia. Well, I have showed them the reference ID even opened my Expedia apps for them (fees collected by hotel) to the hotel reception but I got informed by the staff that he worked for the hotel 4 years and that case (fees collected by hotel) never been done before if booking through Expedia. A very dissappointed services given and I started raised my tone by giving all the facts and proved (by right the hotel should just let me to check in and at the moment call the Expedia hotline, because I informed them I had a long journey and soon will be back to the airport (long transit)), but this staff required me to call expedia. After few argument, they finally gave me a room to rest. After getting the card, I entered the room, it looks old but fine for just transit. The shower room was not working well as the water will be flooded after taking shower. Hair dryer is not working. I will never ever to check this hotel again for my next transit/business trip.
