"Let me put this upfront the flat is great very clean and great comfort. The bathroom is for four+ very small but still sufficient and the kitchen is well equipped. It is directly located at the market square which is great for going but but also means that until midnight it can be quiet load. Now the downside, I had possibly the worse customer service ever. First I get an email to tell them 30 minutes before arrivial to meet at the spot. I called multiple times nobody ever picked up. Then...

"The appartement was very nice, cosy and clean, and in a new building. It was fully equipped, including breakfast food (cereals, milk, etc.). The location was also a great asset, as it was close to the bus and train station, to a shopping mall as well as to the city center. In addition, the lady, who greeted us, Lenka, was really nice and helpful, and provided us with many good recommendations on what to do in Brno and its surroundings."

"The apartment was in a good location, close to the train station and the town centre, and the layout / configuration generally was in keeping with our expectations based on the ad. Unfortunately the cooking equipment was filthy and needed a thorough clean before use, the mount for the shower was broken, the TV was a relatively small older-style unit with no applications (Netflix etc) and while there was a DVD with USB the remote seemed to be for a different device and you could not control it...

Not just due to cleaning between guests, but just no cleaning of general areas including:  kitchen sink did not drain and drains were smelly  Microwave was covered in food splatters inside  Fridge had melting ice inside and door had food spilt all over it  Benches were not clean  Plates, cutlery, and pots were not clean  No lighter for gas stove, and stove top and knobs were not...

The piano and grand hall seating area is a dream of luxury to sit have cocktails and enjoy. The Dani.B restaurant was amazing. "Great for my quick visit. It’s must to go up to rooftop and enjoy the view. The front desk was not so warming, neither the breakfast ladies, but besides that, it was very quiet and surprisingly gym is apart. It was said it’s small and it’s not included on my stay price. So weird. Again, I will give a 4, on the side of those inconvenience."

"We loved our stay in this hotel, it is beautifully kept and spotless. The staff were fantastic and super professional. The food was excellent quality and great value. The gift of a bottle of local wine on check out was a lovely touch. The only two criticisms I have are the fact that the wellness centre carried an extra charge, and the bedroom temperature was slightly hard to control."

"What a unique experience in Brno! The bunker room was clean, comfortable and rather spacious. We found the temperature pleasantly cool, especially enjoyable during summer. Although the toilet and shower were shared with other rooms, they were clean too. Wifi worked fine. Both the entrance fee for visiting the museum and a breakfast were included. Mind you that you need to be at the breakfast area early in order to enjoy the full spread. What makes this place so much more than the sum of all those mentioned? The friendly and helpful staff! Don't miss this if you're in Brno. I won't hesitate to stay there again if I revisit Brno."
