Hamilton Princess & Beach Club - A Fairmont Hotel

"The resort is very nice. Our room, however, did not have a dresser so our clothes were kind of tossed whenever they landed. We had to switch rooms a few days into our trip as the shower wasn’t working properly, the new room was nice but again no dresser. Because housekeeping doesn’t go in every day, unless requested, we ran out of coffee and creamers daily. We would probably not go back to the Hamilton Princess."

"Our stay was amazing. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They were also very helpful and eager to make sure we were comfortable and got where we needed to go. Excellent service and an excellent stay. We will definitely be returning to Bermuda and will definitely be staying at the Royal Palms again. Probably the best service and hotel stay I've had on vacation!"

"Rooms need decor updating, need better pillows. Bath towels very nice. But no amenities in bathroom. Stairs to pool should be re done. However, Pool area very nice. Umbrellas are great, chaise lounges are great. Amenities would be a nice touch in roonm. Staff very nice and friendly. Huckleberry and Claribelle's excellent. Great service and food. Overall i would stay again. Great gem in Hamilton. Just update the rooms."

"My stay at Azura was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I was genuinely pleased with everything—from the beautiful property and stunning surroundings to the cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience feel effortless and special. A special thank you to management and front desk for their phenomenal hospitality and attention. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, and the hotel provided the perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and tranquility. I truly enjoyed my time at Azura and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy an exceptional stay. I’m already looking forward to returning!"

"Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. A special thanks to Nick! His kindness, attentiveness, and excellent service truly stood out! The amenities were perfect, the property was beautiful and well maintained, and the beaches were absolutely pristine. Having such gorgeous, clean beaches right on the property was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Their on-site restaurant also served delicious meals. The rooms could use a little maintenance and updating here and there, but honestly, nothing major or anything that took away from our experience. The incredible staff, beautiful property, and pristine beaches more than made up for it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway!"
