โA wonderful hotel in a quiet, picturesque town. Excellently located for walks in the hills, just a couple minutes walk to the tram station and plenty of shops/cafรฉs nearby.
The room was clean and spacious with coffee machine and fridge.
Staff were lovely and very helpful with organising guest pass and explaining how to access the hotel after hours.
I would definitely stay here again should I return to Basel.โ

Super nice and kindy staff members, Perfect location. SBB can get you anywhere, and the bus to the airport is free with the Basel card you get from the lobby.

"The reception has been so kind for any request. However, the elevator has stopped while I was in there... and they didn't notice the customers not to use the elevator before it is being repaired. The room condition was not clean. I found a lot of dusts on the table and inside the toilet. The hair dryer was also dirty incluing the dust... I am doubtful about this 4 Stars hotel.. "
