She helped us book our shuttle to the cruise port, told us about all the places to see and do and even printed some paperwork for us.โ

โStayed one night at A Casa di Paola before our cruise and it was just what we needed. Clean, safe, great breakfast, and in a nice area. Super easy to get around on public transport, and the bus to the port was just โฌ2.50. Really cute place in Ravenna and convenient! โ

โMy wife and I had a delightful stay at Hotel Italia prior to boarding Celebrity Eclipse on 19 September 2025. Tommaso and all the hotel staff members were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding. The lady who did housekeeping was also excellent. From the hotel, we took a walking tour to all the amazing historic monuments and museums in Ravenna famous for Mosaic and Byzantine art. Many thanks to Tommaso who drove the shuttle...
