“Great location and lovely room, staff and building. However we were given a room on the first floor directly above Amelia Hall and even with ear plugs in we were kept awake to the early hours with loud music and revellers. I understand the city centre will be noisy but the rooms are not adequately sound proofed to be immediately above a busy place such as Amelia hall with loud music. Unfortunately I wouldn’t book again unless guaranteed a room on the higher floors.”
