"Property did not have an elevator. Room was way too small but the bathroom was nice and big. The place is old and not too clean needs renovation. Need more English speaking speaker even if it is a little. Did not feel too safe if you're a solo traveller. I would not recommend that. "

Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here! Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The neighborhood may look a little suspect,but I assure you it completely safe and the businesses around are extremely foreigner friendly! Highly recommend!

The hotel's convenient location right by the subway, along with the numerous nearby food options, made our visit very easy and enjoyable. While our stay was pleasant overall, a key piece of information was missing: there is no housekeeping service during the stay. Future guests should be made aware of this policy at the time of booking to avoid any surprises.

Although we originally booked seven nights, our travel schedule and the time difference resulted in our arriving two days later than anticipated due to plane delays. We contacted Hotels.com so we would not be charged extra, leaving us with only five nights.
