"We stayed in one of the royal suites and although there was a mix up with the lack of sofa bed the room was spacious and clean. Yes the rooms are a little tired and could do with a refresh but it was clean, soundproof & the air con had you believing it was chilly outside even in August when in reality outdoors was like walking into a boiling steam room. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. Location wise, I was worried we wouldn’t be close enough to central Seoul but the hotel Is right next to 2 daisos, McDonald’s, a lively street full of bars and restaurants, bakeries, 7-11 & CU stores and coffee places by the hundred. The main Suyu metro station is a minutes walk (literally) with metros leaving frequently and taking 15-17 mins to DDP. It truly was a fantastic location, far enough from the centre to not be touristy but close enough to be in the centre quickly. I cannot wait to return."

"My stay at the Soo Hotel was great! The room was clean and quiet. The hotel was close the concert venue and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel had a popcorn and slushie machine for guests to enjoy as well as claw machines. The staff was both friendly and helpful. I recommend Soo Hotel to guests traveling to Seoul."

"The location is perfect to me because it’s 8 minutes walk to the train station and foods are available around it he vicinity. If you want to taste the authentic Korean food like different kinds of kimchi such as cucumbers, radiish and among the rest, it’s all available in the local market food stalls about 2 minutes walk. The hotel is small and no elevator but I do not mind the stairs, it’s a good form of exercise and the staff helps you carry your suit cases."
