I have been guest in Zagreb Palace Hotel for many times and always happy to be there. You are in a true hotel and feel the luxury to be treated as a guest. Art Nouveau architecture, famous restaurant, wonderful breakfast, very polite personnel,smooth check in/out, calm, pleasant sleep. So, work from and rest in a real Palace in Zagreb

歴史ある素敵なイメージ通りのホテル！

ヨーロッパなら何泊かはこんなホテルと決めていたのでしたが、想定以上110年の歴史があるようで、著名人が泊まったサイン等の展示も、じみじみと思いを馳せながら見せて頂き、素敵なホテルでした。初日、大&中のタオル一枚ずつしか無く、お風呂マットも無く、こんなものなのかなと思っていましたら、明くる日のベットメイキング後は、しっかりと2人分のタオルやマットが置かれてありました。ご飯もホテル選択の重要ポイントでしたので、沢山の種類で都度作ってくださるカプチーノも美味でした。温かい食べ物や青野菜系の種類は、どこにおいても少な目か無い感じでした。まだ頂いていませんが、オリジナルの板チョコも購入してきました。他のネット口コミでは、ドブロブニクホテルに次いで、ザグレブでは大きなホテルとの事、近くには日本大使館も有り、何か安心でした。空港シャトルバスから、１キロ弱ぐらい有り、最初わかり難かったですが、そこからイェラチッチ広場迄のアクセスが良いので、静かなですし、また泊まりたいと思いました。ザグレブの落ち着きに合ったホテルだと思います。

趣あるホテル、ただ防音がいまいち

貴族の館を改装した趣あるホテル。内装は見る価値ありです。シングルルーム予約でしたが、ベッドが本当にシングルサイズの幅の狭いものだったので、少しがっかりでした（他のホテルだと1人での宿泊でもダブルベッドを用意してくれることが多いので）。トラム停留所が目の前にあり、どこに行くにも便利。レセプションも温かく迎えてくれます。ただ、単に運が悪かったというだけのことですが、隣室の（おそらく年配の）男性が息が止まるのではというような大きな咳を繰り返しており、それで夜中に目が覚めるほどでした。防音はあまりよくないのかもしれません。

Grand old Palace Hotel

Very centrally placed hotel, friendly staff, and very good breakfast! It was where chess genius Bobby Fischer stayed when in Zagreb, so you can some places see that it has been around a while - but it is still a very nice hotel!

素晴らしいホテルだけに、残念！

1泊目の真夜中の12時ころから1時間ほど、断続的に緊急避難を促すようなサイレンがフロアに鳴り響き、驚きました。ホテル側から何の説明もないまま不安な夜をすごし、翌朝確かめると「システムエラー」との弁明。私がホテルに望むことは、何よりも安眠を与えてくれることです。それが妨げられたので、そのほかがどんなに素晴らしくても満点とはなりません。

Staff was outstanding. Katarina J was incredibly helpful in advising us on our last minute trip to Plitvice national park. She was so warm and nice and thorough to help us plan everything perfectly. Made all the difference! Hotel rooms were quite nice w high ceilings, robes, comfortable bed and pillows. Solid breakfast.
