“혼자 여행하면서 마지막 며칠의 일정을 호텔에서 편히 쉬고싶어서 예약하게 됐습니다. 프론트데스크가 없는건 알고있었지만 룸에 전화기도 없어서 소통을 하려면 1층 바로 직접 내려가거나 청소해주시는분에게 쪽지를 남겨야 했습니다. 그리고 아침조식은 스크램블이나 갓구운 소시지 같은거 기대하심 안되고 크로아상, 슬라이스치즈, 슬라이스햄, 오렌지쥬스, 시리얼,우유, 요거트, 몇가지 과일, 컵케이크 2가지, 토스트, 커피, 차 가 전부 입니다. 호텔 조식이라고 하기에는 좀 간소한편이라 원하지 않으시면 근처의 식당에서 드시는것도 나쁘지 않을것 같습니다. 직원분들은 정말 친절하셨고 룸 내부도 깔끔했지만 호텔 가격이나 외관 등 기대에 비해 저런 몇가지가 약간 아쉬웠습니다.”

“숙소에 승강기가 없습니다. 맨 윗층의 방으로 짐을 옮기는게 매우 힘들며 따로 도와주지도 않습니다. 펍 위에 있는 오래된 건물인만큼 올라가는 길도 매우 좁고 불편합니다. 다만, 방은 매우 깔끔한 편이며 직원들도 친절합니다. 바디워시는 따로 제공되지 않습니다. 지리적으로는 런던 중심부를 둘러보기 용이하지만, 가격적으로는 합리적이라고 판단하기 어렵습니다.”

“Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. Contacted Hotel.com but no support either, they said not much they can do and issue being...

“From the outside this modern pub looks clean, well designed & welcoming. Above the pub is a collection of stunning rooms right out of the pages of Restoration Hardware catalog. “Other reviews had some negative remarks about it being noisy, old and such, therefore I had some reservations prior to our arrival, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The establishment is an older building and with this comes thin walls, outdated fixtures and other bits but overall it was a comfortable stay. The building had a wonderful charm and had a pub on one side that became lively in the evening and yes, cause some noise but being from the city, nothing that would cause me not to be able...

“The Roundabout was a very charming hotel situated in a quiet and peaceful countryside in UK - very appealing for a relaxing family weekend or couple's romantic getaway. However it lacked safety notices which should have been imparted by the hotel staff to foreigners who are new to this kind of environment - for instance, I got burned by the openly exposed copper pipe which was piping hot located along the wall underneath the heater and there was no notice of caution on the public gentlemen...

“I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and I liked this hotel very much. firstly, room is small but very very clean and organized. Free wifi was also fast and useful. The location is clean and convenient to go anywhere (5 min walking distance to south Kensington station). A bottle of water is served every day and we had tea time using that water. No refrigerator. All the staff members were kind.”

“목조 건물로 온갖 소음이 다 들렸으며, 방에 냉장고도 없었고 샤워부스는 몸을 돌리기가 어려울 정도로 비좁았음. 아침은 토스트에 커피정도로 140파운드를 받는다는 것이 믿기지 않았음. 주변 또한 황량하므로 치스윅모란호텔이 아니라면 차라리 지하철로 이용이 가능한 근처의 다른 호텔을 이용하는 것이 좋을 듯...”
