“II booked a triple room(33 sq m, Sleeps 3, 3 Twin Beds). But they gave us the room 101 and the beds were not twin beds.) Most of all, we couldn't have rest at all because the large air conditioner in the restaurant downstairs was so loud, so we asked to change the room. At first they said, there had been no such complaint in the past from other guests and there is no other triple room left. We told them in that case we will move to another hotel. Finally they changed the room. Be careful! I...

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the TV screen mirroring didn't work. And we couldn't get the shower to work - more important! - so I went to the front desk to ask them to send someone up (phone wasn't working) and they never did.
