Poor breakfast on Sunday, otherwise average

We had a really poor breakfast on Sunday: No bread and no croissants au beurre were available even though we arrived perfectly on time there. The breakfast restaurant was understaffed, because the only employee had to constantly switch between restocking the buffet, cleaning dishes and managing the front desk to check out guests. Even though we asked for a refund of our breakfast this request was denied despite both parties agreed on the poor quality of service of the breakfast. The double room itself had seen better days, only the bathroom seemed to have undergone a recent refurbishment. This property is located within walking distance to the scenic city center.

Well,after a long and tiring journey, although I don't know the reason, I think there was a celebration outside the hotel with car horns honking. It was a very noisy night. The furniture in the rooms was quite old and they were not very clean especially the floor carpets. In short, it was my first and last stay.

Je ne me rappelle pas avoir vu que l'établissement était en travaux lors de ma réservation. J'ai trouvé dommage de ne pas pouvoir bénéficier de quelques consommations qui pourraient être proposées comme de l'eau pétillante, des sodas etc.

Déçu par ce séjour. Salle de bain avec bain !! Mais pas de bonde. Reste la douche, il ne faut pas être handicapé pour franchir la baignoire et aucun appui en cas de glissade. Le couchage, avec un lit accessible que d'un seul coté. Très pratique si on veut se relever la nuit. La position idéale du lit par rapport à la télé, il faut être contorsionniste. Ne parlons pas de l'environnement de l'hôtel, décommandé aux personnes du sexe féminin qui veulent dîner au restaurant. mais à part ça, tout va très bien.

Honteux

Une honte… chambre pas propre, arraignees au plafond, cheveux dans la literie et sur le sol de la salle de bains, poils dans le WC et trace d’urine sur la porcelaine . Rajouter également ce matin au petit déjeuner, que les deux machines à café ne fonctionnait pas… Pas de lait froid , il a fallu que j’en fasse la demande, pas de miel, il a fallu également que je fasse la demande. N’hésitez pas à prendre un autre hôtel à proximité, quitte à passer sur une gamme inférieure où je pense, la propreté sera au rendez-vous
