“Beautiful stay lovely room great decor positive staff food out of this world ”

“A very easy walk from Leuchars station and right near the bus station to go to St Andrews. Great value for the price and right in the center of town near restuarants, a medieval church, and places for nice evening walks. My partner and I stayed 2 nights without a car and found it very easy to get around. Everything was clean and the staff were wonderful.”

Windows where filthy. Carpets where a health hazzard. No running cold water in the mornings. No wifi for room tv to work was told wifi was broken. Cob weds in room skirtings where black. Would avoid at all costs. Sanitary bin in ladies changing room was over flowing. ”

“This characterful and unique property was just as pictured in an ideal setting and very convenient for St Andrews which is approx 4 miles away. Each room is completely self contained - so no access to, or need for, communal rooms. Breakfast is provided in your own kitchen and contains a wide variety of options. Our room was vast and offered access directly onto the well maintained grounds. Being so self contained it would have been ideal for those wishing to bring their dog but unfortunately the...
