“The Elevator was removed and shipped to Texas six weeks for repair. We arrived at 9:00 pm to check in. She said the only room available was on the fourth floor and no elevator. I am a 84 year old veteran with my 78 year old wife. We were to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. In case of fire I guess we would burn up trying to get out. I can’t believe they can stay open! Holiday Inn should close them down immediately!”

“Our room was not very clean. There were articles of clothing left by previous guests, and there was dust all over.”

“Parking was very easy with the parking garage right behind the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly. They gave us food recommendations and sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The room was very clean.”
