“We had an issue with carpet being extremely wet by the ac unit! Staff were very helpful and moved us to a new room! ***Did not like the sofa and pull out bed! Sofa was hard not comfortable to sit on and the pull out bed mattress was Horrible!! You could clearly see the springs through the mattress! Could not sleep on it!! We were very disappointed!!”

In Room 308, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, the TV panel was falling off the wall, and the floor near the window was soaking wet. Room 422 had no functioning air conditioning. In Room 413, there was no hair dryer, the blackout shades would not raise, and there was no cold water—the water was scalding...

The took the fifty dollar deposit off our card three times and it takes days to get back what they messed up. My dad was on a work trip and it almost emptied his bank trying to simply get a room for the night after he broke down. He had to borrow money to get him the rest of the way home cause he only counted on being charged for the room not $150 extra”

Our room was so big and we were able to move around after a long travel day! The staff at the front desk was fun, told some stories and welcoming.
