“My only concern with this property is the parking arrangement. There appears to be insufficient complimentary parking available for hotel guests. I believe the property would benefit from having designated parking areas reserved exclusively for overnight guests, while visitors who are using the facilities for the day should be required to pay for parking. This approach would help ensure adequate parking availability for guests staying at the hotel and enhance the overall guest experience.”

“The property is off the beaten path just a bit, would be hard to miss if you didn't know it was there. Walking distance was close to a couple fast food places to eat which was nice. The only things I was disappointed in the was the fact that you could not re-enter doors to the outside with your keycard. You were forced to enter through the lobby. “Pool was full of kids and noisy and the room had poor bathroom lighting. Not a fan of casinos that allow tons of kids. Ruins the experience and environment.”

“We are very pleased with this hotel. Parking downtown was in the garage next door. There was a charge, but after checking in and paying for the parking we could enter/exit as often as we liked. The elevators in the garage were accessed only by key card and brought us right down to the lobby. The front door to the lobby was also always secure and accessible by key card or front desk staff. “I had booked through Expedia and accidentally booked a day later than intended. I tried to switch when I got there, but they said I had to call Expedia to do so. I called Expedia, they said they would have to call the hotel to do so. They said they couldn’t get a hold of the property and said I would have to book the original night I had intended while I was there and they said they would send an email to try to resolve the payment I had already made. “Our trip to Oklahoma started out w/canceled flight due to bad weather so our plans changed. We needed to add another day to our stay in Tru by Hilton. Spoke w/Lamond. He was great. “Gentlemen ar check was great.Jirdon the lady at night not helpful. Upon check in after being at Beaver Bend Lake we wanted to shower, didn't have any wash clothes.
