“The bathroom floor in my room was nasty. I needed to contact guest services, but the phone in my room didn’t work. There was a random alarm of unknown source that kept sounding. The overall property was nice and the waterpark was great, but honestly not worth what I spend on the room.”

“We had to book rooms for our softball team trip to OKC for the Women's College World Series after our VRBO canceled on us at the very last minute. VRBO gave us this hotel as an alternative option. We booked 6 rooms to accommodate our group at over $6k for 3 nights. Room rates were $350 per night. Immediately following booking, we found an alternative that worked better for us, so we canceled the rooms. They would only refund $4k back, leaving a youth softball team to eat $2k in "fees". Gross...

“This was the one hotel on the trip I found to surprise me the most. It was super clean. Tall ceilings in room. All goods needed in bathroom were there. Bed was excellent and room smelled great. Only issue I’d say was lack of signage. I wasn’t sure I was at the right spot as it has different name on outside of building. Otherwise recommend all day”

“We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the pool. We liked being a short 5 minute drive to downtown. The free parking on site was also nice as every other place downtown charges for it.”

“Very clean. BUT pillows were flatter than grandmas 50 year old feather pillow. I requested new pillows and was told they didn’t have any. I know from working in this industry that Expedia guests will get the lesser quality rooms. AC also sounded like someone stuck a duck call in it.”

“This property is always clean and staff is very friendly and kind. We now stay here every time we go down to visit our son and see OU football games. There is great food and bars around the hotel in Bricktown. There is less traffic than a main st in a town of 9000 people.”
