“Got in late, agent(Hayden) at front desk said I was booked for two adults two kids, but on my reservation it was only two adults and a one year old . When confirming on screen it says two but he said that’s wrong it’s for four but he don’t know why. Really confused as to the rate I was charged at this resort.”

“Pretty good for it's price but not so great for a 4star hotel. Mainly due to it's old building.”

“아주 편안한 여행이었어요 다음에 다시 갔으면 좋겠어요 추천 합니다”

“Highly recommend! Super convenient when going to Paycom arena. Amazing hotel.”

“Location was great, and parking garage next door. That’s really all nice I can say…. Staff was friendly, but not much they could do. Indoor pool was closed for maintenance (only reason we chose this hotel) breakfast was minimal just really yoghurt and jars of cereal…. Waffle maker but it was constantly out of waffle mix . Disappointed over-all. Just very run down. I never leave reviews, but I always read them before booking. Wish someone had left an honest review.”

“The staff was all so kind and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Would definitely stay again.”

“The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a good price . However when we were there the swimming pool and hot tub were closed. Apparently a problem with the chemical. The hot water in our room was not very hot. There are not a lot of restaurants nearby.”

“The room was very clean and stylish..updated. l was very pleased and would stay there again. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed visiting with them. Breakfast was typical, buy tasted good. The pool and hot tub are closed for the season, but looked like they were well maintained. ( I would like to have enjoyed the pool area!)”

“There roaches in the room ,no coffee pot ,grab handles in the bath tub(very loose) no smoke detector, room was badly scared with chip paint all over the place and the complete entrance was badly cracked or chipped tiles leading up to the room.”

“Great hotel overall. Valet can be slow but they are super kind and helpful. I don’t think them being slow is necessarily their fault, the hotel just gets very busy. Oh, and there’s hidden parking fees everyday if you book through third party. But that seems to be the norm these days unfortunately.”
