The carpets needs vacuuming, and the location of the laundry area is to obvious to all person, There were inoperable ac units and other equipment not properly stored and the carpets were very dirty, When I turned on the tap in my room the first time the water should signs of rusting of the pipes.

I was in a first floor unit. Only room left upon check in. Unit had a bad musty smell no hot water in shower and the parking lot noise kept me and my daughter awake all night. Not staying here ever again

Everything was good until we got settled in the room and realized there’s no microwaves. I called the front desk because we’ve stayed in this hotel several times before and there was microwaves. I then was informed that there’s no microwaves on the 3rd floor. The lady at the front desk was willing to reheat my food but it’s such an inconvenience to have to go all the way downstairs to let someone reheat your food. She did offer to switch our rooms but we was already settled in at that point. It would be nice if the 3rd could get microwaves or asked people will they need a microwave at check in so you can be put on the first or second floor.

The water was orange, we were unable to take showers, the phone did not work, the tv kept blinking out, they had roaches plus there free breakfast was just bread and bagels! I will NEVER stay there again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone!!

I booked this hotel for overnight on new years Eve. I was familiar with the chain so I booked without thinking of reviews which I ran across later and they were so bad it scared me! But I kept the reservation. The front area was nice, the clerk a little hard to understand but I got checked in efficiently and got to my room without issue other than thinking it was a little shabby and dark! The door to my room was stuck so I called the desk and the clerk came immediately. Upon going out and returning after minute, I parked in the back right by the elevator and my door as he had instructed me. Being handicapped I appreciate that very much. The room was very large and well equipped. The only thing I would suggest would be better lighting, I think that might be why it appears drab! My stay was fine!

No frills, but clean
This is obviously an older hotel. We stayed during an off week (it was mostly deserted). The gentleman at the front desk was a man of few words. Cordial, but not overly welcoming. The room was clean, but curtain at the window was ripped, mixer on shower was upside down. Bed was rumpled looking, but comfortable. Linens were clean. Only one coffee pod was provided for two travelers.

Never no one at the front desk. Hallway smells like mildew and soiled water. Room had a foul old odor. Picture of pier were different then the actual look of the property and room. Need major upgrades. When the FD agent finally came to the front desk he had on Joggers, flip flops and earmuffs on. Bad look!

This hotel was not the best. We arrived at the hotel and the first time we tried to leave the room, the doorknob came off and we got stuck in the room. We were able to reattach the doorknob enough to open it, but it took a while to get it to work. We told the front desk that the doorknob was broken, thinking it was a security issue for us since we had our belongings in the room and even a safety issue as well. If there was a fire getting out of the room quickly would be difficult, it would take time to get out of the door. The front desk assured us that they would fix it right away. They did not. They never fixed the doorknob while we were there. The shower was also interesting. There seemed to be water under the base of the tub. When you stood on the shower floor, the tub floor moved like a water bed. My husband almost fell. Seems strange I know, but having the tub move while in the shower also seems like a safety issue ? Where and why was there water under the base of the tub? The bed was nice and comfortable.

It'll do.
Basic, no frills. Clean and straightforward. Overpriced for what you get. Room is not worth 200.00. Not easy to reach the front desk while in the hotel. No phones in the room and the numbers come up as disconnected when you look them up and call them. Dim lighting in the rooms. No humans at the front desk. Adjoining Mexican restaurant is decent. Panera and shopping center are walking distance.
