"Lovely traditional hotel on the main road to Oslo. We were given a friendly warm welcome by the owner and even though we were the only guests (apart from grazing sheep) it felt cosy. "

"The property is very nice. The owner answered all the questions and texts. We wanted to start the sauna, but there was no English, he stopped by to start it. Although, it still didn't start and we didn't enjoy it, we would love to stop again and wonder in the forests eating berries. We went to the store and bakery he told us and bought wool sweater that is very warm, sandwiches and coffee, some food and other unnecessary stuff )))) to support local business. "We didn't have great expectations but was fully surprised as we walked into the resort. It is quite a place. A great retreat in the area especially if one is planning to go on the Rondane scenic drive."
