"My daughter and I had a great time in New York. I understand this is a remodeled hotel that was recently reopened on May 1. I believe we were the first guinea pigs when we checked in the first room was not up to cleanliness standard. But the hotel was very accommodating and moved our room, which was great! The breakfast options were quite delicious and we are missing the yogurt parfait. Staff were friendly."

"The room was perfect for what we were looking for! The price was great! The location was amazing! The staff was nice! If you are looking for lots of amenities, this is not the place for you though. The room we got had a bed, tv, nightstands, a coffee table, a/c unit, and a bathroom with a hair dryer. We didn’t need much though. We were only there to shower and sleep. Right outside though was an Irish bar, a coffee shop, and a convenience store with everything you could want."

"I only give 4stars because when we get there, I was told the room we booked was no longer available without any one reaching out to me the day before.I had to get the supervisor involved but they were still unable to get the room I paid for because they claimed there were rodent activity in the room. I guess rodent activity only happens when I decided to pay and stay in that room for that particular day."
