"The hotel staff were kind, helpful, friendly, and asked if we needed anything several times in our two day stay. They met and exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, the bathroom was awesome with separate toilet room, shower, tub, and two sinks. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Verge Kalifa (the tallest building in the world). "

"This is a beautiful hotel very well located, just across the lake and within walking distance from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall. We appreciated being able to see the water show in the lake every half hour right from our own private balcony. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. We were given a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was the temperature in the room. It was noticeably cold, and the climate control system only cools the room down, it doesn't warm it up. Upon waking up in the morning, I called reception about the temperature, and they kindly sent a plug in radiator to the room, which warmed it up. I wish that I had asked for the radiator to be delivered immediately after checking in. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in a great location and I recommend it to visitors in Dubai. "
