"We stayed here to attend a family funeral and found the service did not match the price point. I spent more on a “higher end” hotel hoping it would make an already sad trip a bit easier to grapple with. When we checked in at 8 PM, we asked about dinner. We were told there is no room service and told to look online at the menu, which was not helpful, so my son went down to order in person. In the room, the TV did not work. The staff member who came up could not fix it, so we had to switch rooms. When I called down to check on the room details, the employee seemed frustrated with my questions. The next day, our room keys did not work after being out with family. At the desk, I was told we needed to check out of the first reservation and check into the new one, which was not explained to us the night before. The agent had trouble processing this, making us wait for keys to get back into the same exact room. The next morning we had time for the free breakfast but it was poor quality and not edible. Finally, at 10:00 AM, an hour before checkout time, a staff member knocked loudly on the door to do a room inspection while I was getting ready with an hour left before regular check out. An accumulation of small issues and poor communication made this a frustrating experience for the price we paid and added to an already difficult time for us."

"I am very disappointed with my experience during my stay. The breakfast was extremely limited and did not meet expectations. In addition, the staff was not attentive to guests, which made the overall experience feel unwelcoming and poorly managed. There were also several issues with the condition and upkeep of my room. My room ran out of toilet tissue on two separate occasions, which should not happen during a guest’s stay. I was also informed that room service had to be specifically requested rather than routinely provided, and despite staying multiple days, clean sheets were never provided throughout my stay. I chose your property expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately the level of service and accommodations fell far below what was expected. Due to the multiple service failures during my stay, I would appreciate your review of this matter and consideration of an appropriate resolution or compensation."

"This hotel is perfect for someone who isn’t worried about room service and wants more of an apartment environment. My son was visiting after Army basic training and I was able to cook him dinner! The staff was polite, the premises were clean. The neighborhood is perfect if someone hasn’t rented a car l. There are multiple Restaurants within walking distances . I will Book again."
