This is one of the best hotels we've ever been in, in Columbus Georgia. The staff was amazing, the hotel as a whole, was clean, and very professional looking, when we walked in. The breakfast was the tip of greatness, for this hotel, other hotels need to follow suit......food looked like real food, set up so nicely.....and GOOD....Let me not forget to talk about, their pool, OMG, it was crystal clear and blue, just like my favorite color. (Which means peaceful). This hotel felt so positive. I hate we had to check out, but we'll be back. The room was beautiful, the shower felt like a much needed massage, across your back. Their beds, will put you to sleep as soon as your head hit the pillows. Very soft and comfortable. Management was awesome and showed so much and understanding of us. She went beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and we did. The Lady over house keeping, her ladies did an excellent job, on the room. Until we see you'll again, God bless the entire staff of HYATT. nobody can make us dislike this hotel, because what I saw, with my own eyes, is the truth. 10/10 we highly recommend. I'm saying this with my whole heart, with tears in my eyes. Dam shame I have to go to holiday inn 😭😭😭😭😭 . HYATT we love ❤ y'all on purpose🥰 pray for us that we find a place that's reasonable.

Nice rooms with ample space and a comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful, but many times we found we had to wait for someone to come back to the front desk as they had stepped away, and there was normally only one person there when they were available. Pool was not clean and there was a pervasive natural gas smell outside near the pool and in parts of the back side of the lobby by the elevator.
