“It was a cozy private room with a vintage feel. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was bright. In fact a dimmer or lamp would have been nice, but not a big deal. There was no soap in the bathroom but I had my own, and I am sure it weighs have been remedied if I've had asked. Better than make higher priced places I have stayed.”

“Staff was super friendly and pool was clean. Outside of buildings appear a bit run down but side the rooms appeared recently remodeled and were spacious, clean, and comfortable.”

“Walls are super thin. The light above the bed was overkill; individual side lights would’ve been way better.”

“The property is obviously old and shabby. The unit was clean. However, the doors do not fit correctly; you can see daylight around the doors. Large chip in the bathtub, Carpet worn, Pool not open. There is a fee for using a credit card to pay for the stay. Very odd since most facilities require a major credit card. The property does not measure up to what the website describes. Certainly not worth $100+ per night.”

“We stayed here passing through on our way to and from Lake Tahoe and we opted to get the cheapest hotel because we weren’t going to be there for long. The rooms were extremely dirty. You can tell they haven’t had a good deep clean since maybe the 90’s. It smelled like cigarettes and we got a room that wouldn’t close from the outside unless you slammed it. “This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. We seriously considered moving to another hotel even if we couldn’t get our money back. Beds had no bottom sheets, just a mattress protector (which was needed as the mattresses were disgusting). Everything was dirty and smelly. Avoid this place!”
