Staff was very helpful but rooms were not clean at all. Bathroom floors were dirty and walls and the room originally they had put me smelled so bad like cigarettes. Staff did move me to another room which was little better and I appreciated that very much.

It’s a Motel 6, not a Ritz Carlton so expectations are lower, of course. Although an older motel our room was in excellent shape. No glaring issues; microwave, mini-fridge, paint, plumbing, doors, but like pretty much like most motels of its generation, electric outlets are lacking. Nothing bedside (same thing in the South Eugene Motel 6 BTW). We made due but still a bit annoying with all the electronics needing charging on hotel/motel nights. A bonus is there is a Black Bear Diner within a 75’ walk, very convenient. Also a Safeway and fast foods within very short driving distance On my list to stay again when passing through Klamath Falls again. A nice clean place with clean pillows and towels, at an except price!

The front desk staff was great, both during check in and check out. The place in general is pretty run down. Our room, a non-smoking room, smelled very strongly of pot. The room in general was also pretty dirty/poor housekeeping. Floors have not been swept or mopped. Every countertop was dirty. The toilet and shower had not been cleaned properly. The linen is worn but was clean. We were exhausted, cleaned what we could to feel comfortable and slept. We have had good experiences in other Motel 6's in the past but will not use this one in the future.

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to be honest about this Motel 6 - it is a dive...or at least my room was. It was very unclean with visible material on the floors (even big visible things like colored fruit loops near the nightstand). I wore flip-flops in the shower because it looked so unclean, and I kept them on while walking in the room as there was so much grime all over. The toilet and shower need to be replaced as pieces are coming off and broken. The dry wall was coming off everywhere and most disturbing, flies were all over the place (even landing on me). It was late and I had driven a long distance already and was exhausted, and I got the last room so I knew I couldn't change rooms, thus why I didn't try and move. The staff were friendly and the bed seemed to have fresh linens, so at least that was okay - but the uncleanliness of the rest of the room and bathroom were BAD.

Their stairs need to be fixed. When you walked up or down, rattled. The showers were not the best.....we refused to use them but your service representative was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were supposed to adjoining but we ended up with two rooms next to each other instead.
