"The hotel is under construction. Therefore, all bookings are on the 3rd floor. Our room was well-organized, pleasant, but facing the busy street. It was always noisy. We immediately requested a change, but nothing doing. We bought ear plugs from the Pharmacy. The bright spot everyday was the excellent breakfast. Fresh fruit trays, eggs, pancakes, and Mexican favourites. The staff brought coffee and juice and a big smile. They are the sole reason that I gave it a 4 star rating."

"We stay here every year. The service was wonderful. The room is affordable and certainly as good as more expensive properties in the states. We will be back next year. The only thing is the pull down blind over the window malfunctioned. The funny thing is we were in the same room last year and the same malfunction, same window occurred. Not a big deal."
