“Property cancelled my reservation for me because when I arrived there was a musty odor and smoke smell in the nonsmoking room. My child has asthma and couldn’t stay. Pool was closed as well. Staff told me I didn’t owe anything and gave me a receipt but Expedia agents have been unable to speak to anyone at the property to confirm this was cancelled and I shouldn’t be charged. The room smelled terrible.”

“The air conditioner in our room was not working very well and the room smelled as if it had previously had a fire in it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The great part was the man that we see that works there is great and very personable.”

“This place is absolutely horrible. There were no light switch covers. We had to fight to get out the door because it didn’t want to unlock. There were cigarette burns on the side of the tub. The lamp had cobwebs. If I could give it a -10 I would. Don’t waste your money!”

“Let me tell you about my experience here, after driving 14 hours… I get there; the ac barely worked, room was filled with flies, and it had bed bugs. Not to mention the fact it was uninhabitable, i couldnt get a refund only a room swap. So because i was tired i opted for the room swap bc i needed to sleep. Instead i get in the room with dead flies on the floor, cockroaches, and blood all over the room. I went to my car and someone was smoking meth parked next to me. So i checked out without...
