“I stayed for 3 days, and from the very first day I requested slippers. I was told they were already sold out. I even asked them to reserve a pair for me when new ones arrived the next day, but somehow there were still no slippers available during my entire stay. It was honestly shocking that a 4-star hotel could not provide enough slippers for its guests. The housekeeping was also disappointing. There were some things left on the floor that should have been cleaned up, but even after the room...
