She always asked if we needed anything and brought out special dish not on the menu. We will be back for sure! Thank you for everything! Our stay was beyond wonderful. "

I would recommend at least a few nights to a week in order to fully enjoy the facilities and what it has to offer. "Great family stay at Kristal Hotel! We really enjoyed our time at Kristal Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the start, and the place felt clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious enough for the whole family, and the beds were really comfy. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the kids loved it. The location was also great — close to shops and restaurants but still nice and quiet at night. Everything was easy and stress-free, which made our trip even better. We’d definitely stay here again next time we visit. Highly recommend for families!"
